Refund Policy

At MainPrinters.com, we care about our customers above everything else. We take pride in providing high-quality printing services that meet—and often exceed—your expectations. Please read very carefully through our refund policy so as to become informed on your return and refund rights and obligations.

 1. Customized Products

Since custom-printed items (such as business cards, flyers, banners, and promotional material) are by nature personalized, they are non-refundable once the design has received final approval and enters production. However, we will reprint the affected item at no charge or offer a full or partial refund for any of the following instances: 

• Damage in shipping 

• Print error on our part; or

• Any items that differ significantly from your approved proof 

2. Non-Custom Products

For non-customized items, a full cash refund can be requested within 14 days of delivery provided the item has not been used and its original packaging is intact. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item is deemed defective or wrong.

3. Order Cancellation

Cancellations can incur a full refund if the cancellation request is received before printing/production commences. Refunds cannot be honored once production has started. 

4. Digital Proof Approval

Customer approval is a must for any custom design to be printed. It is in your best interest that you check thoroughly for spelling, layout, and all design aspects. We are not liable for any errors found in an approved proof.

5. Shipping Delays

Although we will strive to deliver on or before the deadline, we shall accept no liability for any delays caused by third-party couriers. Refunds for delayed items are not applicable unless expedited delivery was paid for and not rendered.
